Review: I didnt not receive the bus services because the bus never came. I was standing outside the whole time waiting for the bus, and when I ask the front desk if I can get a refund or catch the next bus, he would not accommodate me, instead he was rude and mean and told me to call customer service, but when I called them, they did nothing to help me, they told me to speak with the front deal, but he was very incorporative. Instead in order for me to get home. I was out of town, so I had to walk in NY to catch another bus. I never used the bus services, and I was very disappointed in the way they spoke to meI have been trying to get this money back for weeks, and I was not refundedDesired Settlement: I would like my money back, from a service I never received. I was very disappointed and I will never take this service again, also I will not recommended people for this bus company.
