Yes, regarding Mr . [redacted], I got in touch with our [redacted] territory manager and had him reach out to Mr. [redacted] directly,explaining on how the panel he has been seeking was never designed with the unit he purchased not was it manufactured with his unit ..........we sent...
over the entire breakdowns of the 2 units he purchased and showed on manufactured specifications that the part requested was never manufactured for that unit(s).........that being said Foyal Flush A/C and Heating nor did [redacted] do any wrong doing . After Mr [redacted] going over the specifications from the manufacture , he should aware of the status ..............regardless ,either way I [redacted] supervisor from Royal Flush A/C have re opened the case and I am working on generating some oanels for the bome owner to fully provide best costumer service needed .........I have ordered panels(s) for the third time now and I am strongly hoping this time we have luck . Note;only reason it has been so hard to locate something that will work is for the simple fact that the unit was NOT designed with that panel (95% of a/c condensors out in thw world are NOT designed with that copper service valves cover).
