Double J Windows and Doors

[redacted] We've spent a year begging for him to refund $2000 for work that was never done - he's shown no remorse or made any attempt to make amends.

On December 18, 2014, we hired [redacted] Double J Windows and Doors to replace the windows in our kitchen and stairwell, he told us it was in our best interest to place the order just before Christmas, (bad timing for us financially) because the manufacturer in London, ON was offering seasonal promotions. We had to provide a deposit of $1,810.00 so the manufacturer would begin the order. Long story short - it is now July 31, 2015 and we have heard many stories over the past 7 months, but still have no windows from [redacted], and he will not return our money. [redacted]. This person is still advertising his services on [redacted] under his first name.
