Double L Realty

Double L Realty built our home in 2006 when we went to sell home in 2015 the lawyer had to hold back thousands of dollars because they state no certificate of compliance is on file with the state. We had attempted to get a hold of [redacted] at Double L for six weeks. We had phone contact with [redacted] at double l whom I believe had stated he was just a real estate agent for the company and he would give [redacted] our info. Time passed nothing...we emailed and called and emailed again. We did finally recieve a phone call and he said he had been out with medical issues and knew nothing about what I was talking about and said he wasn't involved with the building of my house it was his partner who is no longer with the company. Since he didn't know what I was talking about I suggested having my lawyer contact him p...he agreed. I gave my lawyer his info and my lawyer states he will not return his messages.... Now we need to hire an engineer to make sure they had complied with the regulations set forth by the state...this is very the consuming and costly and we can not even get a conversation in with the builders.Desired SettlementImmediatete conversation with our attorney or financial dispersment for out of pocket funds and financial lossesBusiness Response Please be advised that I have contacted the atty for the Vesceras on today's date. As I explained by phone to you today I have not received any request from your office in the mail. I also gave you the correct mailing address along with my email address today. One of the confusing issues is the order of conditions that are filed have the Vesceras as the applicant and the addresses for the work area proposed. The atty has my email address and will keep me abreast of the situation as he feels he has made headway. If you need more info in my end you have addresses.Thx
