this guy does warranty work for Cub Cadet...they had my new mower for 5 months... never looked at it...horrible experience... it is difficult to deal with this guy on the phone and it's even worse in person...I took a friend with me to pick up the mower, after we left , my friend told me "he didn't feel safe in the office with this person

Having visited this company several times, I realize they have no respect for non-smokers. Being allergic to cigarette smoke, I have a headache for several hours after being in their office. It is my understanding (I could be wrong) that a business cannot operate with smokers having a cigarette in their mouth when they are serving customers. Additionally, these people work on equipment with gasoline engines, etc. The owners of this company are heavy smokers. If anyone does not want to be around people who smoke, I would recommend not doing business with this company.
