and comforters. Two beds were in one dryer: it was jammed. A customer told her that they were too huge for one dryer. She did not listen.
When they were dry, she found the dryer had rubbed the beds, tearing some of the material on the edge. When she complained, the customer told her she has warned her she has stuffed too much in the dryer. The attendant also agreed with that assessment when she saw the beds.
Even though the dryer had a rough place in it, there had been no previous problem with it. In fact, the other customer had used it, as well.
I do plan to post signs that state a sign about over-loading the machines, both washers dryers. It is more common with top loading washers. I understand people desiring to save money, but there are risks involved
When the other customer left, she stated again that she had told her and volunteered to testify to that fact.
I am sorry that the dog beds were damaged. No doubt they are sill usable.
