I had ordered magazine subscriptions from Double Oh Family Subscriptions back in February of The young sales agent who had came to my door had been doing this for a job, in which took them all over the country, kept them out of trouble, and molded them into motivated young adultsShe had explained to me that if it had not been for this opportunity, that she really hadn't known what she would be doing now, because she was not interested in college, and had been involved with the wrong people before thisAs it appeared, she had been very grateful for this opportunity, in which allowed her to see the country and go to cool places, sports events, national monuments, & even company trips for the contest winners whomever would collect the most pointsAs she admitted to me that she earned a commission off of each sale, while a portion would go towards hotels & traveling expenses, towards the contest winners trip, and of course the magazine subscriptions themselvesIn which I was completely fine with helping a motivated young adult such as herselfFurthermore, we had googled the company name and numerous bad reports and scam alerts had showed up against the companyThis had alarmed meBut she had gone on to tell me that occasionally there is an address misspelled, either on the receipt or while inputted into the system, and that it was nothing further than a simple mix up in which could be resolved by a simple email to the companyShe also explained to me, that a lot of door to door magazine sales companies have bad reputations, due to the majority of them not running the correct waySuch as companies not fulfilling their orders, managers allowing their employees to use drugs, and so onAll of this had alarmed meAnd I was quite hesitant at first glance of the rating from the Revdex.com to tell her to kick rocksBut I'm a rather understanding person, and I felt like I should give her a shot to redeem herselfShe went on to show me pictures of all the awesome places they have been, and all of the other young adults that work with herShe explained to me that the company owners are great people, and do not allow them to drink, or use drugsThey even do so much as to get these young people clean from drugs, and give them drug testsAnd all of this had really amazed meI believe that we need more companies, and more people like this in the worldSo by the end of it all, I had ordered magazine subscriptions, despite what the online reviews statedAnd within weeks I began to receive of my subscriptions, and 2-weeks later the other 2!
I've looked at the reviews on here, and despite the fact that they had resolved the issues, they still have received an FWhich in my opinion and upon my experience is representation of this companyThis company deserves at the least an A+They are helping our youth, who are the future of our country to guide them in the right direction, teach them morals, values, work ethic, and many of other positive thingsI strongly believe that if everyone who had a great experience with Double Oh Family, voiced their opinions, that they would undoubtedly be a reputable company on the Revdex.com and all across the internetBut people only ever want to voice their opinion about the negativeAnyone who reads this, and has had the pleasure of running into one of these employees for this company, do not just read what I've had to say, or what the negative people had to say, write your review on your experience as wellYou can make a differenceThese kids are out there doing something good, they may not know what they want to do with the rest of their lives, but they are not out there using drugs, robbing from people, or scamming peopleThey are out there trying to better themselves!! Thank you,

Double Oh Family LLC

It is now oct 23 and I still have not received a single issue of golf tips magazine. At this point I want a full refund of 59.00.

Regards,

I had ordered 5 magazine subscriptions from Double Oh Family Subscriptions back in February of 2014. The young sales agent who had came to my door had been doing this for a job, in which took them all over the country, kept them out of trouble, and molded them into motivated young adults. She had explained to me that if it had not been for this opportunity, that she really hadn't known what she would be doing now, because she was not interested in college, and had been involved with the wrong people before this. As it appeared, she had been very grateful for this opportunity, in which allowed her to see the country and go to cool places, sports events, national monuments, & even company trips for the contest winners whomever would collect the most points. As she admitted to me that she earned a commission off of each sale, while a portion would go towards hotels & traveling expenses, towards the contest winners trip, and of course the magazine subscriptions themselves. In which I was completely fine with helping a motivated young adult such as herself.
Furthermore, we had googled the company name and numerous bad reports and scam alerts had showed up against the company. This had alarmed me. But she had gone on to tell me that occasionally there is an address misspelled, either on the receipt or while inputted into the system, and that it was nothing further than a simple mix up in which could be resolved by a simple email to the company. She also explained to me, that a lot of door to door magazine sales companies have bad reputations, due to the majority of them not running the correct way. Such as companies not fulfilling their orders, managers allowing their employees to use drugs, and so on. All of this had alarmed me. And I was quite hesitant at first glance of the rating from the Revdex.com to tell her to kick rocks. But I'm a rather understanding person, and I felt like I should give her a shot to redeem herself.
She went on to show me pictures of all the awesome places they have been, and all of the other young adults that work with her. She explained to me that the company owners are great people, and do not allow them to drink, or use drugs. They even do so much as to get these young people clean from drugs, and give them drug tests. And all of this had really amazed me. I believe that we need more companies, and more people like this in the world.
So by the end of it all, I had ordered 5 magazine subscriptions, despite what the online reviews stated. And within 6 weeks I began to receive 3 of my subscriptions, and 2-3 weeks later the other 2!
I've looked at the reviews on here, and despite the fact that they had resolved the issues, they still have received an F. Which in my opinion and upon my experience is false representation of this company. This company deserves at the least an A+. They are helping our youth, who are the future of our country to guide them in the right direction, teach them morals, values, work ethic, and many of other positive things. I strongly believe that if everyone who had a great experience with Double Oh Family, voiced their opinions, that they would undoubtedly be a reputable company on the Revdex.com and all across the internet. But people only ever want to voice their opinion about the negative.
Anyone who reads this, and has had the pleasure of running into one of these employees for this company, do not just read what I've had to say, or what the negative people had to say, write your review on your experience as well. You can make a difference. These kids are out there doing something good, they may not know what they want to do with the rest of their lives, but they are not out there using drugs, robbing from people, or scamming people.
