The insurance company was not allowing a premium Siding price code for the premium siding that the insured choose.The adjuster said that he would dig into it furtherThis is after the homeowner already choose colors, so we postponed the job.After one business day the discrepancy with the insurance company on the siding was settled.C&E Wurzer Construction decided to honor the homeowner's choice of siding and to start work as soon as possible when the homeowner was ready.The homeowner seemed offended by the discrepancy between us and the insurance company and wanted to cancel.We explained to them that there was costs involved in helping them with the process and if we were not allowed to proceed with the siding repairs that there would be a bill for 15% of the insurance claim for the company's loss of profit.We are willing to work with the homeowner on cancelling the job completely and to cancel their 15% invoice.We have attempted to call the homeowner four times on May 10th, 2016, from our Janesville office, but we were unable to reach the homeowner.We would like a phone call back from the homeowner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible

We would like to apologize for our Field Representative's actions regarding aggressive sales tactics. This is not something that neither is conducive to our method of training nor promoted. Our preference of contact with the homeowners in the community is in person with upper
management.*** *** never had the authority or permission to create a 15% Invoice or to threaten any sort of actions towards the homeowner.Had upper management known about the circumstances, they would have address the issue with the homeowner is person.This Field Representative in this case is no longer with the company.C&E Wurzer Construction has decided to cancel the sign agreement per the homeowner’s request.We deeply apologize for the actions of our Field Representative.Please note that future training has been put in place to avoid any situation like this in the future

Hello Mr***,We are fully aware of the situation with Mr***, and we have been in contact with him on a weekly to bi-weekly basis in attempts to resolve and repair the situations with his sidingThis in fact is a warranty issue from windows reflecting on his siding causing it to meltIn
order to stop this from happening, we had to contact another firm to repair the windows, and for us to be able to due our part of the repairIt took a month for the other firm to get out and repair the windowsThe windows were repaired on 8/13/From that point it will take us up to two weeks to due our part for the siding repairMr*** will retract his complaint once all the repairs are finishedNone of these minor repairs that were needed did not cause any structural or integral damage to the propertyDue to these were non-emergency repairs, this is why it has taken a while to complete, but we are striving to take care of Mr*** as we do with all of our customers
