I would be very wary to recommend this internet service provider to anyone but the most desperate needing connectivity The service is very spotty, often suffering outages and severe upload/download speed Their contract exhonerates them from anything going wrong with your internet experience, you basically rent equipment from them for the specified period with no guarantee that you will actually receive the internet We often had to use our cell phones as mobile hotspots in order to pay THEIR bill It is the craziest things I have ever seen I will not recommend them to anyone and I would recommend that you explore every other venue of internet service, including mobile data plans, before doing business with this companyIn addition, their contract gives no latitude for opting out of service if it is no longer needed It makes no difference what your circumstance is, you cannot get out of it Its a great agreement if you are a business, its a terrible one if you are a customer You will be forced to pay for service you no longer need, use, or want This fact, couples with the fact that the service isn't worth the money that is owed for it makes for a very bad deal for you as a customer Rent 10GB of data from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or Sprint The customer service is superior and far more responsive and the internet connectivity is faster and more reliable

These guys got me internet when no one else would. Cable wanted to charge me over $3000 to install it!! These guys installed for under $100. Very nice people to deal with.

This company provides wireless Internet service in The southern Y[redacted] county area of *A. The Internet service is expensive for what it is. What you get is intermittent Internet service that is only slightly faster than dial-up service from the 1990's. That means, don't expect to watch a 10 minute video on Y**T[redacted] without it stopping at least 5 times. If that doesn't warn you of this companies lack of advancement, let me tell you a little bit about the service. Their is none. There is only 4 things the service does: 1) They have you an Internet Speed Test. 2) They have you unplug the router andug it back it. Or 3) If the service actually has to come to your home, they just play "hot potato" with their radio antennas. That means, if you have problems with service, they come out and give you a radio that they took off someone else's house who had service interruptions before you. Then, they take your radio and swap it with someone else's radio that has service interruptions. And so on and so on... And then there's my favorite service action: 4) They lie to you and just tell you they came out to your house. Yes, they actually said they came out to our home on a snowy day when we were home all day. There was no sound of footsteps on the roof or any foot prints in the snow or tire marks on the snow covered driveway. Then when we called them out about lying to us they treated us like we were crazy. The day before they said they would come out and swap out our old gray antenna for a new style white one. Guess what, the same old gray one was out there. Save yourself the headache and much disappointment and just get something else. Their Internet service speed is rated F nationally and is constantly interrupted or down for service without any notice to their customers. All in all, this company acts like they despise and take advantage of their paying customers plus they have no clue in the technical department.
