I don't dispute any of ***'s factual claimsThe artwork was sold in 2010, and as far as my records show, a check was processed and cleared my accountUnfortunately, I can't provide any evidence for that transaction, and I don't have an explanation for itIt shows up in Quickbooks, but under
an unusual account heading that I can't reconcileThere's a possibility that my accountant at the time couldn't account for the unpaid amount, and simply applied it to a different accountI don't use the same accountant and he wasn't forthcoming with any recollection of having done thatHaving said that, I trust *** when she says she didn't get paid, so I have to assume I owe her the moneyI'd like her to call so we can work it outBob

He said that he would mail the first check today. I provided him with my mailing address which he already has on file.
