complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, they failed to mention that I was without my electric wheelchair for over a month, due to their negligence, suffered an injury which required medical treatment, and missed days of work because of itWe came to an out-of-court settlement despite the fact that my ADA rights were violatedI did accept their offer only because I didn't want to drag it out in court

I was made aware of this situation on July 25th and worked daily with [redacted] until her wheel chair was fixed. She has been reimbursed for her lost time and guest is satisfied. Please close.

A number of service recovery was offered and we did attempted to make it right to this guest while in house, however he paid via a 3rd party site and as such we couldn't offer any refund.
We did in fact offer him a complementary welcome back...

certificate to our hotel to make it up. But this was promptly decline he spoke to our MOD- Courtney
At this time I am still willing to offer the free night Gift Certificate.
