Tom [redacted] runs a sloppy hotel. I mistakenly was charged $500 for damaging the room. When contacted, they admitted it was a mistake, but did not promptly correct it. Tom [redacted] refused to take or return my calls. I needed to contact the Visa fraud bureau. My opinion is [redacted] is deficient at customer service, or rectifying his own mistake. Update: [redacted] threatened me with "defamation of character" unless I remove my post. Need I say more?
