Doubletree By Hilton Memphis Downtown

Doubletree is refusing to offer any help on a prepaid reservation. I made a prepaid reservation on 8\24\2013. The reservation was for 11\17\2013. I had gotten confused about the dates and did not realize until 11\15\2013 that the date was wrong. I am Bipolar and sometimes get confused about things. I contacted the Hotel on 11\15\2013 to try and correct the date. We needed the date to be 11\18\2013 for a concert we are attending. Due the concert there were no vacancies. I was then refered to the prepaid reservation department at Hilton. I was flat out refused any resolution. I did not ask for a refund. I asked to change the reservation and pay the difference in rate. Again, I was told because it was a prepaid reservation there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that I was one day late on getting any resolution. So apparently one day makes all the difference in getting good customer service. Again I did not ask for a refund but wanted to change the date to December and offered to pay the difference. Complete refusal to offer any customer service. Hilton had no problem taking my money. If they refuse to change or refund prepaid reservation they should not offer to make them. Our credit card was charged 205.99 for one night. I want a full refund now because of their refusal to change my reservation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
