After speaking with *** *** there was no signed contracts or written agreement between DoubleTree Livermore and *** L ***What we had offered *** L *** was just a courtesy room block for roomsThis agreement was also not
signedBecause there is not signed agreement DoubleTree was not obligated to assist or relocate for the eventHowever we still reached out to a different venue to accommodate for themUnfortunately for us there was an incident on *** 18th where half our rooms are drenched in waterWe are not able to accommodate for ANY guests at allThis is unfortunate for us and for the guests and we did all we can to help themNo deposit no signed agreement and no contract
