the twisted line and explained that they could be fine but may also leak. She agreed to see if they would NOT leak as she did not want to put any more money into this house as she was not going to go through with the purchase of it. Our tech continued to service cooler completely and when he put water to the unit he checked for leaks. There were none and in fact he checked several times for leaks.  The customer did not call us regarding this problem until Sunday, May 21.  Had she called upon noticing a leak immediately, we could have fixed the problem and it never would have gotten to this point.  Our tech did everything correct and at the customers request did not replace the cooler line because she did not want the expense and when he left the residence there were no leaks from the unit at all.
