Doubletree Hotel Jackson

I was charged 3 separate charges and can't get anyone to help me get a refund.My husband ate at the restaurant in the Doubletree on 11/17/13. He was given a bill and then told the waitress he wanted to pay for everyone. She brought him another bill with the total for all parties. On 11/18/13 I realized he had been charged $18.48, $22.50, and $90.05. I called on 11/20/13 and left a voicemail with a manager with no return call. I called back on 11/21/13 and spoke with the manager on duty. He tried to help me with the information that I had (we no longer have the receipt). I gave him my credit card number and he said he would investigate and call me back. I didn't get a call back so I called again on 11/22/13 and left another voicemail with the main manager of the restaurant. I still have not received a call back. The $90.05 charge is correct and even though the other charges are not large I would like them refunded but more importantly I would like some customer service from the restaurant! Desired SettlementI would like the $22.50 and $18.48 refunded, but at this point I feel like the $90.05 should also be refunded due to the lack of response or concern on their part when wrongly charging me several different amounts.Business Response
