I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We have not "slandered" the hotel on social media because slander would have to be untrue We left the camera in the room as we stated to the hotel because our daughter was taking photos The hotel was in MUCH disarray and many people had the same issues with their rooms...not the least of which was no bed in the room We saw the maintenance people scrambling to install cables to everyone's rooms and had fists full of them They were in and out of rooms all night We are not claiming a $iMac, just a $pocket camera I am curious because I know most hotels know whose key accessed the rooms and at what time.
We did not know there was a safe in the room because we spent little time in there visiting with my elderly parents who were in from Florisa and we hadn't seen them in months We basically arrived, visited, changed clothes, went to the wedding and went to bed, living out of our overnight bagsWe are Silver Honors members of Hilton and have NEVER in years of travel experienced anything like this I will NOT accept their lack of responsibility for their employees, one or more who are thieves We are not liars and have never accused anyone of this type of activity We are appalled at the lack of concern on the part of the hotel regarding their employees

This guest did stay at the hotel for a wedding.  Guest claims that a camera went missing from their room while they attended a wedding.  One would think that if attending a wedding one would have brought the camera to the wedding.
The issues that they had with their guest room were all addressed and corrected.  Service recovery was offered.
In room safes are provided  in the guest rooms and safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.  When I spoke with this guest they said they did not notice a safe in the room. 
This guest has not only cantacted the Revdex.com but also been on social media slandering the hotel.
The hotels position is that we cannot be held liable because this guest claims to have had a camera.
