Northwestern Medical Imaging (NMI) would like to apologize to the patient for the experience they had with
our facility, it certainly does not represent the level of customer service NMI strives to provide our patients
At the time the patient received their scan, our CT machine began showing intermittent signs of systematic issues that were immediately addressed once recognizedUnfortunately, the images captured in this patient's scan were affected by these issuesNMI was not aware of this and inadvertently released the report, which indicated this error
NMI agrees with the patient and is happy to issue a full refund to the patient and will reach out to them to process this request immediately
Additionally, NMI is unable to find information on a phone call, voicemail, or email from this patient regarding this issueWe would like to understand better where this patient left this information, so that we can address the issue internally and correct any lines of communication needed
