the consumers money less DMV fees upon receipt of the title for the vehicle There is nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle the consumer simply decided it wasn't want he wanted Business was willing to repair anything legitimately wrong with the vehicle

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to mei the buyer would also like to add that I am agreeing to the refund of $4,which includes the original deposit of $20.00, the cost of the car $4,usd, and nys sales tax of $cents all which was paid for cash by me the buyerthe title / dealer fees of $+ the inspetion $, and plates $im allowing him only to keep just to be done with this transaction and so that I may speed up the process of getting my money back and a vehicle since I dont have one now or the moneyon 8/28/15.the situation was getting out of hand and I in fact the buyer called the police twice because I wanted some resolutionand back uphopefully this matter can be resolved now without any further actions and we can part ways I .just dont want any trouble when I bring the title back as far as how the seller will pay me ( what method) want to make sure its legitamate, and how much is owed completelyi have the contract and the amount stated here owed is factualthank you
