I received a bill for a service that I never receivedI never once put my trash there since we moved into the houseWhen I called to tell them that I wasn't going to pay a bill for service I never got I received very rude customer serviceShe informed me that they went through the trash and found a bill of mine My guess is the church next door picked up something in a falling out of our car and put it in their trash and they found it The woman told me that I was uneducated and a deadbeatI have never been spoken to so rudely in my lifeI don't understand how in the professional situation you would talk to a customer like thatI am extremely appalled that in a customer service setting somebody would talk to something to somebody else like that
I have some concerns regarding billing during the fall billing period and I have been requesting some type of billing statement for months nowI sent a self addressed stamped envelope and I have tried to call the business several timesI have included the request with my payment timesMost recently, I wrote a letter to request the recordI would like to see my payment record that this business has on file to compare my accounting records
Our trash bill got behind because I was not able to make a trip out there due to working all the timeThey do not accept payments over the phone or debit/credit card, only cashSo it makes it really hard for customers to go out there with a busy lifeI paid them $the beginning of November, that paid my trash bill completely off! After it was paid there would be some weeks they wouldn’t even pick our trash upSo it continued to pile upI called them with my concern, and the woman stated that if I paid extra for each bag that they would pick it all upSo the follow month came, my trash bill was $I gave them $and said for them to pick up all of my extra trash like I was told they would doTrash day came, and they only picked up bagsI called out there and the woman was really rude!
