We were extremely disappointed with our experience with Doug Ford Home ImprovementsHe was hired to put in replacement windows, put in baseboards in our basement, patch up a few cracks in our foundation that was causing leaking in our basement, replace a bath shower head and faucet handles and repair a front porch screen doorThe replacement windows were put in, but with no outside trimThe cracks we had to redo ourselvesThe front porch door had to be repaired several timesWe requested that the shower head be pewter and it was nickelIt leaked and we had to call him several times to fix itFinally, when we requested that Doug give us the needed paperwork to apply for a replacement window credit from LG&E, he never sent it to us and did not respond to any of our numerous phone calls and textsBecause he would not send the paperwork needed, and was not responding to our contacting him, we missed the LG&E deadline and we were not able to get the credit, I would not recommend him for your home improvement needs
