The company will continue to send fraudulent post cards to customersMoreover I'd be willing to bet that nobody pays the price on the post card it's always 10-20% higherBut in most cases your only talking a few bucksAlso as per the staff at baughmans they use google earth to estimate not the streetLastly my driveway has not changed since the sixties so I can't imagine the last estimate was done years ago
Good Afternoon,While it does clearly state on our cards that the "Condition or Repave may affect the price", and the customer asked the correct questions The quote is for anything that is visible from the roadway as we do not go on people's property without their permission.What the
receptionist should have done the minute the customer questioned the price is send someone over there to give a more accurate price if need be.We make every effort to honor the prices on the cards that are mailed out, but in some circumstances the condition of the driveway has changed which may increase or decrease the price on the card.We deeply regret that this customer had a bad experience with our company and try very hard to give our customer's a good experience when dealing with the office or the field workers
Good AFternoon, I do acknowledge that we caused some damage to this person's house and I have followed up several times with our contractor that we use to fix any damage that our workers may have caused I have been assured that the work will be completed by Friday, September 16th
Good Afternoon,The customer did receive a post card for $plus tax, her neighbor received a post card for $plus tax We were fully prepared to honor the price that she received on her postcard, but we do not price match. There are multiple reason's why one driveway would
be $and another driveway would be $80.00.We measured both driveways on line and her driveway was slightly bigger than her neighbors, resulting in the higher price for her and advised her of this She advised us that she wasn't interested and that she was going to shop around.Thank you,Chrissy ***

They were not honoring or dollars! They were trying to charge That is so unethical.

Good Morning,We are no longer sealing residential driveways for the season. We are still paving, but we are behind due to the rainy season we have had. We intend on completing paving of residential driveways, but that will also depend on the weather and when the asphalt plants stop...
Mr [redacted] is correct, the driver of the sealing truck should have either rang his doorbell or knocked on his door to explain why the cost to seal cost his driveway was more than the quote he received from the office. There are several factors as to why the cost may have been different; i.e topcoat...
vs binder coat, larger than the map we quoted from Google earth, etc. But this was never explained to Mr [redacted]. We will be happy honor the quoted price of $129.60.to sealcoat his driveway this year. We apologize for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] may have incurred. Please have Mr [redacted] call our office to re-scheule the driveway seal coat at his ealiest convenience.Sincerely Don [redacted]
