I purchased a vehicle from Eastside Dodge and many promises were made by my salesmanHe rushed me through the purchase and the delivery and insisted I take the vehicle home (stickers on and not even detailed) with the promise to come back and all the promises he made would be fulfilledWhen I called the salesman the next day, I was surprised to get a text from him saying he no longer worked for the companyEastside Dodge has yet to make good on the promises that were madeAll I have received are other sales people telling me how they would have handled it if I had purchased through them( salt in the wound) and an apology for the miscommunicationI strongly suggest that you think twice before purchasing a vehicle here

Booked truck in for service weeks in advance, asking and called times to ensure a ride to and from my jobThey took my name off a shuttle list and left me with no rideWorst customer service ever!!! I will never bring my truck here for any service ever againAnd I will tell everyone I know about my bad experience

I would like to start by saying this is the 2nd time in months Eastside Dodge proved to me they don't care about their customers I had my Dodge Dart SXT towed to Eastside Feb 2/to have my transmission replaced I was informed on that date it would be 7-business days to get it on back order I called to inquire and was told they couldn't tell me when to expect it to arrive I called back again to be told they still had no arrival date Finally on Feb 29th I got a call saying my car was ready After month without my ccar I was excited to get it back I wojld have been until I noticed a huge dent in my door a crack in my fender and my door crunching when opened I went back to Eastside as soon as I noticed( car was brought to service entrance Gentleman got out drivers side and I got in so didn't see passenger side) A gentleman came out and looked Basically said can't prove it happened here you have to go through your insurance I told him to look through video footage and he would have proof it happened there At first he said " You expect me to go through a mmonths worth of video footage" I told him he didn't have to because I had gone to get papers I needed out of my glove box days prior and used tbe passenger dooor which was not damaged at that time I got a call the next day saying the camera didn't reach where my car was parked Again I was told I had to go through my insurance Estimate I got done was almost [redacted] Now months later I am without my car because my transmission is leaking I called Eastside yesterday afternoon and left a voicemail stating it was leaking and had been installed there in Feb I requested a return cal as soon as possible Now more than hrs later still no return call I will never refer anyone to Eastside Dodge

Got an aftermarket key cut and programmed, worked for one day, and now the key won't start the vehicleDealership wants me to pay for programming again because I didn't purchase the key from them Don't guarantee there work What a sham

I have nothing but great praise for Eastside Dodge from Sales to Service and Finance peopleThey have have been super to meI am sorry for people whom have had problemsI have been dealing with them for years and I can not say anything bad but only Great things about Eastside Dodge*** ***

Never in my life have we EVER had bad service than what received with Eastside Dodge. Specific things needed to be fixed/altered upon the sale of our new Jeep and it took forever. No call backs or decent timing! Took in for an oil change and they forgot to do the tire rotation which was stated in the work order until my fiancé noticed it wasn't done. Oil plug NOT tightened and leaked all over the place. I drive to/from Strathmore and could have lost it and severely damaged my engine! Took it in to have the undercarriage cleaned up from all the oil and the worst service experience. I was having difficulties starting so I replaced the battery in my fob, only to find out the battery posts were not tight from when they disconnected it to clean the oil (if they even did that right) Unbelievable!!!
I WILL NEVER TAKE MY JEEP BACK!!!
