except for the months stated she didn't tan she did tan all other months after that up thru July28 Had there been communication with me she could of put in a termination request since she met the 12 months there would have been no termination fee only a 30 day written notice and this would have been terminated. Refunds are not permitted on memberships since the obligation is the customer responsibility.[redacted]

I would like a copy of the contract I signed that stated I had to give 30 days notice. Otherwise I would like refund of the final month I was charged (August 2015), because like she stated, I did not tan past July 28,2015
