On May 11th of last year, *** *** came into our dealership to have his Ram 1500, mileage232884, diagnosed and repairedWe repaired his vehicle per his request and he left the dealershipsatisfied with our service.A few months later, on July 22,2015, Mr*** returned to our facility
with an unrelated repair need.The mileage on the truck at that time was milesWe performed the repair service that Mr.*** requestedAgain, he left our dealership satisfied with our performance.Mr*** contacted our dealership recently (on or about 4/30/16) regarding a problem with histruckOur service advisor told him to bring the vehicle in and we would be happy to look at it for him.Mr*** wanted the repair but demanded that the dealership would be responsible for covering thecostWhen Mr*** was reminded of our guarantee policy (months or miles) he becamebelligerent and verbally abusive to our Service Writer/AdvisorHe caused an unacceptable scene in ourservice area, with other customers and employees aroundThe owner became involved and asked Mr.*** to leave the premises.With the repairs in question being over a year ago, and Mr***'s previous satisfaction with ourservice, plus his knowledge of our guarantee policy, we feel we have no further obligation to Mr.***.Thank you,Douglas M***, OwnerClinton Ave.Washington CH, OH
