Review: Incomplete work for amount charged for tree service.

Terrible service. Not only did it take me several weeks and several phone calls for them to come by and give me an estimate on my tree, but when they finally did set an appointment to trim my tree, they were three hours late. NEVER called to let me know. I was only able to be there for the time he was supposed to show up. After 30 minutes past his appointment time I called to see if I had the time right. He never answered. Went to voicemail. I left a polite message and did not get a call back. Three hours later they pulled up, eating McDonalds. When they started to work, one of the guys did nothing but stare at me (when he thought I wasn't looking. My dad was very irate over this.) It made me very uncomfortable. Due to their untimeliness, I was only able to stay 30 minutes and had to leave. I paid him his money. When I left, I saw a worker of his walking down my street, door to door, trying to solicit business. My dad was at the house they were working on and he called and told me they were finished in about 1.5 hours. He took a picture of the tree that they "trimmed" and sent it to me. (They had parked under the tree and their truck was nowhere in the picture.) I got a call from Doug's Tree Service an hour after that and they said they had "just left" which was a lie. They were there 1.5 hours, not 2.5 hours. I called Doug to say that I was under the impression that more of the tree was going to be trimmed and he yelled at me and said that was not correct. He had four workers out there for 2.5 hours and that he already paid them (I paid him $400) and that he was done with the tree. He was downright rude and yelled at me. I asked if he could please meet me at the house when he had an available time and maybe we could discuss what I needed done further. He told me he would "check his schedule" and call me back. I didn't hear from him for 5 days. I called him to touch base and he yelled at me again and told me that he did not have time to come look at the tree to discuss what further worked I needed to have done. I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship, behavior and customer service I received.Desired Settlement: Complete the job.
