***, yes we dispute*** *** claim of arbitration, a one sided arbitration when MrDoug Prestier decided not to go by the contract(1) He didn't complete the work on the contract we signed, Charging for work we did our self(2)MrPrestier elected not to take out any permits even after our constant questioning about inspections.(3)Mr.Prestier finally applied for a building permit (2/24/2014) construction started in august (2013)and work is still not completed(completion date was approxweeks) plus the unsatisfactory work that hasn’t been correctedExample 4ftx 15inmirror not properly hung on the wall, was glued to wall!(4) The electrical contractor applied for a permit on his work after I called them and asked if they had a permit and where is the inspection sticker the (inspection failed) Electrician had to come back and fix to code and then a re-inspectionI couldn't get the heating and plumbing inspected because MrPrestier or Mr*** would not give me the names of the contractors which they both new especially MrPrestier, he hired them and I paid for the work they should have had inspectedOur contract included building permitsAfter going to to the *** *** *** ** *** country, which Mr Prestier belongs and filing a complaint form and contacting the Revdex.com/Canton Regional and greater West Virginia I am Starting to get some permits and inspections.(5) Mr.Prestier and Mr.*** need to read the contractMrPrestier decided to start building the bathroom downstairs with costs going over $5,without making out a contract and going over it with us and getting it signed before starting and doing work we didn't authorize certain workExample he put wood work against tile, we had to make him remove it!There is still wood work against tile in the basement,we don't wantMr.Prestier then didn't complete the work that was signed for and paid for and then someMrPrestier needs to sit down with us and go over the costs and show us all the invoices and what we paid for in the initial contract
