For those who have stayed here as a resident would know that the HOA office here is closed 9.9/times during office hoursWhenever you call them on the phone it usually goes to voicemailThey are never there at the hours they claim say their office is open to public and its residentsIt is definitely not the person's fault who works there because he gets paid and takes order by Board of Directors Keith Elliott from Legum & Norman, IncAnd they are the ones who have set up the system in a way that it bothers most of the neighbors and its residents I had a situation with their parking regulations and let me explain you their "regulations" on parking in the neighborhood They say that, if we have a visitor coming, he or she can park there no more than days in a row, otherwise it will be towedOf course with the visitors parking permit int he car I had my brother come stay with me on Sunday and he parked his car in the Visitors spot with the visitors parking passOur intention was to go to the HOA office the next day and get a new parking sticker or get an extension on his visitors parking permit, so he can stay and park his car longer than days and not worry about it being towedSo, next day we went to the office at 10am (their office house says they open 10am) and no one was thereWe knocked on the door and no one had answered So we waited for minutes and no one showed upMy brother and I went our ways to work and since I am in the area, I stopped by the office around or pm and the office was still closed and this time with bunch of envelopes taped on the door by residents for HOA to pick upSo, I left again and we could not meet anyone that day for our parking pass The next day (Tuesday) we went and this time HOA office had a letter on their door, saying they will not be there for the dayWhat? Again, I dont blame the guy who works there because he is the only one working in that office and that man hustles and work for everyoneThe problem is, he is the only doing all the work and of course he won't be there all day everydayThe Board of Directors Keith Elliott from Legum & Norman, Inc should hire an office assistant so that the office remains open to everyone during the office hours So, we parked our car Tuesday night with the visitors parking was for the last time and it was towed because it was there for more than daysCorrection, it was towed on its 3rd day, they got it wrongI paid dollars to retrieve the car from the towing company The funny part is, the HOA office was closed on Wednesday tooSo, I had to call like phone numbers to get to Keith Elliott and right off the bat he tried to blame it on me, saying he and the other worker was there at the HOA office the day before and on MondayI am like, at which hours? Are they expecting us to sit by the HOA office door steps and wait for them hours straight and hope they show up? Then after few arguments he has asked me to put on a request during the board meeting they have every month in the evening at the HOA officeSo I wrote up a letter and nicely handed to them and my brother and I showed up at the board meeting I spoke for about minutes or so and explained them that it wasn't anyone's fault but the system needs to change or the parking regulations needs to be adjusted to cover up the fact that no one is here most of the time during office hoursThey said they will discuss among themselves and would send me a letter of denial or approval Of course you can't beat bunch of bullies, so I got a denial letter from themNot complaining about the money but I fear that most of the resident or future residents will bullied like thisIf they have regulations and rules for us to follow, then they should be the ones following them firstAnyway, I am moving out of this place and hopefully never return

This management company has very poor customer service When calling to talk to a representative, and actually reaching one, they are condescending, rude, and say anything to get a person off the phone One rep actually sighed like they had no tolerance for my call or stayed quiet without answering my questions They use psychological tactics to get you off the phone as quickly as possible They promise anything but deliver nothing I am still waiting for action on a water leak in the common hallway after reporting it two weeks ago Previously, other tenants called in the same leak months ago and nothing has been done No one has taken a look at it or repaired it

If you are thinking of buying a property that will be managed by Kramer [redacted] don't! I have issues stemming back years, that have not been addressed by them Their lack of communication, feedback, action and ability to take care of their customers is most appalling

Recently contacted our property manager for documents to send to our mortgage company Emailed on a Saturday, hoping to hear back sometime the following week, instead, got a response within minutes She happened to be working on a project and helped us right away As long time condo owners with experience with numerous property management companies, this was a first for us Very impressed and pleased! Associa is new for our condominium in Fort Myers Beach, and we have informed the Board and other residents of this positive experience!

They used to manage our HOA They were terrible so they were fired Unfortunately for me my auto pay sent them the annual assessment They are refusing to pay me back I do not think it is out of a sense of loyalty to their bottom line I think they agree I should be reimbursed they are just so inept they cannot process the transaction

This company is horrible they do not have accurate accounting yet demand and do not provide detailed accounting They are like the mafia Keep every check you write them because they have horrible accounting people and you will be the one filling in all of the checks and balances

I have nothing nice to say about Associa, I am a resident of Sheridan Lakes in Hollytwood, Fl We have a full time property manager, he is rude, condesending, and a lyer He seems to think we work for him The propority is a mess, there is no comunication between the Board of Directors and the residents We do not have monthly meetings, are not informed of business transactions although they preach transparency I can go on and on I did try to sell, my monthly maintenance is higher then my mortgage by almost half The assesments are out of line We are an over community, some of the residents have been here from the beginning, at this time they are old and frail The newer people moving in are still working and not involved I wish there were a way to either fire Associa, or the property manager or both It does not seem to happen Most of our BOD are snow birds, so they aren't even hereThe few remaining seem to love the "power" but are useless Not just my opinion

Ridiculous feesI paid my annual HOA fee of $312.50, days late, onlineThey charged me $for making the payment online (4.4352%)Then sent me a bill for $23.91, $for two days of interest & a $handling fee! $in interest for being two days late equates to roughly +200% annual interest The added handling fee is a joke To pay my late interest & handling fee it costed me another $to pay online (15.XXXXXX%)

This is the worst management company ever! Stay away from Associa TN in Brentwood! They are rude, unprofessional, did not take care of our neighborhood and I fully regret hiring them! The president of this company is unprofessional as well and does not know how to run a business!! Everything from financial issues to management was a nightmare and John the president was aware of it the entire time! I'm breaking my contract after only months, I should have broke it only weeks after they started!!!!

I agree will the negative comments previously posted Emails sent to property management were not responded to timely A week would go by and I would have to follow up Only then I MIGHT get a response This is the worst property management company!! We have recently switched to a new property management company and from the beginning they have been more responsive that this company has ever been I would love to know where my HOA dues went What a total waste of money!!!

I am mainly writing this review in regards to Homeside Properties, one of the companies under Associa; however, I do have issues with Associa which I will mention as well
First, Homeside very nearly delayed the closing on my condo by refusing to supply necessary information for me, my lender, and my insurance companyNot only was the management staff rude and unhelpful, but they had no knowledge of the simplest items (i.eroof condition), claiming that they had just taken over management of the propertyHomeside continues to be inept in their property management as I have had further issues with them regarding repairs to my unit and general property maintenance
I submitted a review to Google about my experience, and Associa directed me to email my concerns to ***@associaonline.com I did and received no responseNot even an automated replyThis is unacceptableI have worked in property management for years (including student housing, which is very demanding) so I know it is not the most glamorous or rewarding job at times, but being rude, incompetent, and unprofessional is not an acceptable way to do business0/

This place is the worst where I lived I have weeks without a stove I break and do not want to change it and when I tell them I am treated very poorly

This company is a scam First, they are owned by a Texas state Senator Look at the complaints - they are all the same Associa does not return calls/emails and they are quick to apply erroneous fees You can beat them Take pictures and only communicate with them via email Petition you neighbors and do not be afraid to get a lawyer There is obvious negligence and strong grounds for a class action suit Remember, they have to abide by the law and you can easily get an attorney at no upfront fee (quid pro quo)

It is my understanding that as the management company for our community they are supposed to manage the community They never reply to e-mailed questions or inquires Over the winter I had a ruptured pipe in my condo, I turned the water off and did the right thing for the community I told them I would go a day without water so the association didn't have to incur weekend plumbing rates My "thanks" was a month delay in getting the wall repaired in my unit It took me threatening legal action to get them to send a contractor out On multiple occasions I have requested info with regards to repairs at the units and have never received anything back from Kramer Triad, I would expect a reply explaining when the association responsible repairs would be started and/or completed I have requested a detailed explanation for the increase in monthly dues and have never received a response to thatThe communications skills at this company are non-existent Do NOT hire this company

The Schaumburg location of this company is by far the worse home owners association I've ever had to deal withIf planning on moving into an Associa run neighborhood, I highly recommend finding another home to buy
To begin with, no one answers their phone calls or emails in a timely manner which then becomes your problem as you decide to move on with your inquiry and then once they see something they don't agree with it is now the homeowners problem
Secondly, they do not give accurate information to residents (both established and new) and leaves it to the homeowners to guessWe never received any information upon move in and yet are expected to follow their strict rules without knowing what they areThey also do not bother to show up for their own community meetings (nor do board members) and do not notify of any changes occurring
Lastly, all the employees I have been able to get ahold of are very rude and unprofessional as well as they completely negate what the person I spoke to before them had said
This company is very disorganized and I have also heard from other neighbors similar issues where they expect you to do everything up to their rules and regulations but do not do the same for the homeownersPlease be advised if you are looking to move into one of their neighborhoods that your money paid for "community services" is being blown else where and not actually being used for what is stated in their descriptions

I am disgusted with Associa Hill Country for Sunset Vista Association in San Antonio, Texas They never return phone calls much the less have a live person answering I have been trying to contacting them several times regarding the bill that I am getting monthly where they are assessing per month for "late fees" to a "zero" balance account which was paid back on 1/30/when they decided to collect once a year without any previous noticeWe were not aware of them taking over for Procom, nor aware that they would not take payment in their office I went in person on January 29,to pay my HOAs it was then that I found out they were now Assoa Hill Country and would not take my payments I keep on calling but they haven't solved my problem

I can't begin to tell you how terrible my experience with Associa continues to be I sent payment, made phone calls and multiple emails only to have them tell me they never recieved anything repeately and the more than double the fees/fines Now I have had to secure a lawyer to fight over what was originally and $missunderstanding The total costs for my family of are now going to be in the thousands because of the incompitance of Associa Terrible humans work at this company and I am horrified that one is a Senator
