Doug Seven & Sizzling Guitar

On April 10, I ordered a dvd from this company. I saw that they deducted money from my account to pay for the order, but I was never sent my dvd or given tracking information for my order. I waited the 3 weeks to email the company to resolve the issue and never recieved a reply.

If you have no ability to fulfill orders, why are you taking peoples' money? That isn't right. Just stop taking orders if you can't fulfill them. This isn't lawful nor is it ok. We work hard for our money and to have someone just take it while not providing the product promised is not only criminal, it's just wrong.

I do not go to work every day to have my hard earned money just taken off me by fraudulent individuals who think it's ok to not provide the products offered on their website. This is wrong and not ok. Stop taking orders if you do not have the ability to fulfill them. Simple

My story is pretty much the same as the other reviews here. I ordered the "B-Bender Extreme" digital download on 11/08/2019. The $37.00 was promptly charged from my credit card and I received an email with a download link but clicking the link brought me to a 404 "Page Not Found" error page. I've emailed support multiple times and have never received a response.
At this point I think it's fair to say that this site is a scam.

I ordered and paid for the Classic's dvd bundle + a bonus dvd on July 30, 2019 and immediately received an email confirmation that my payment had been accepted and that I would receive another email with tracking information. It also stated that product delivery is generally within 10 days but if not received in this time frame to contact them via email after 3 weeks. I never received the tracking information nor product. I waited the 3 weeks before emailing them, however there was no response (sent several emails over the course of a week). Unfortunately, I'm out $111+ and still have not received the DVDs. Their website does not have a phone number...just an email to their customer support. Sadly, they keep trying to get me to order more from them. Very disappointed!!

I ordered 3 videos in febuarary, Doug s***/sizzling guitar deducted approximately $90.00 and change the day after I placed the order.. I have sent 5 emails with copies of my receipt to his customer service email with no reply to any. I tried to call the phone number and it has a recording that they don’t have phone service. He has my money and I have nothing. Please help!!!! Thank you

I received an email from Sizzling Guitar Licks advertising a new course taught by Doug S called Outlaw Licks. I ordered the course on Nov. 7, 2018. I was supposed to receive information on downloading the course after I paid $30. I received the emailed receipt immediately, but no download link or instructions. I replied back to the email requesting the link. I immediately received another email which was obviously a form letter. It was a page long excuse for why he was so behind in getting out orders.
