Doug Smith Builders

We bought our home with Smith Douglas who promised we would be over joyed with our decision. After closing we have been unsuccessful at getting critical walk throughs completed. Final year walkthrough papers was submitted in time. Back in July work began to slowly trickle in with phone calls. Dry wall contractor was recalled to come back out 2nd time for terrible quality in September and I am still waiting on painters. That's correct today is Dec 29th with 5 more jobs still incomplete. Would we still have our jobs if we gave this service? Teribble quality and no ownership respinsibilty on Smith Douglas. Shame on [redacted] for allowing contractors to get away with this. So they are busy vuiling new communities and [redacted] keep their promise to take care of their clients who just closed.
