I received a letter from National Credit Systems saying I owe Ashley courts cascade a balance of $256.00, didn't receive a warning or anything so I called the credit system and she tells me it's because of "damage" from replacing the carpet and cleaning the ovenCorrect me if I'm wrong but isn't that their job to do after a tenant has moved out of the apartmentThey have been on nothing but bt from the time I moved in to the time I moved outCountless times have I needed things inside that apartment fixed and was always told some one would come but never show upWashing machine wasn't working, water heater used to leak and flood part of the floor again we would let them know and no one would come to resolve our issueI had a new born baby and a one year old in the house with mold in the inside of a closetThen upon me moving out they misplace our written notice saying we wasn't renewing the lease, but was still forced to pay for half of September rent because of a mistake t

I am currently in the process of apartment hunting and I came across the property of Ashley Cascade I was told to meet the apartment representative, ***, on June 18th at 12pm After waiting almost an hour for her to arrive, she was able to look up my information and delete my original application for me to start a new application After that application was completed, she went through every page of the application and had me sign off One page stated that it needed the email address and or fax number of my landlords for rental verification I explained to her that I live with my grandparents I don't pay rent, they do not have a fax number or email address Will this be a problem for my application to be processed and finalized I was told no it would not be a problemI brought a money order on Monday, June 20th so the whole process can be finalized Now, five days from when I submitted the application and days from when I turned in the money order, I receive a phone
