XYZ company said my truck needed new brakes because they were making noise I took my truck to Doug's Automotive and was told that my brakes just needed cleaning and would last another few years I appreciate the honesty very much!

Door Repair on my car, informed to bring the car in on Wednesday and the repair would be done and can p/u on ThursdayCall on Thursday and was told they were not done, trying to reconnect my regulatory and other parts to the door to new door informed the paint job was completePhil the receptionist is ECCENTRIC and LIARCalled Friday before Closing I was informed that he had too big insurance Jobs that came in and my car still was not completed, visited the shop looked over in shop area my car sitting there with no door attached, asked about ETA and was told he was not certain, asked if it would be Monday, he said yes by closing time, go back to shop on Mon, sat for two hours car not complete, visited the shop on Tuesday worker drives my car up to front I inspected the door would not shut completely, the paint did not match I was charged an addtl $dollars because he ordered hinges and did not inform me that would be my cost, looks like if you are putting on new door and my hinge

My name is *** and I love Doug automotive This is one of the best places to take your vehicle where there are honest people who really care about you and your car and not about making a quick dollar I trust the mechanics there and have sent several people to Doug shop Doug and his mechanics has never done me wrong and I have spent thousands of dollars and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else except for this shop Everyone is friendly especially Phillip who greets everyone on site and starts the day out Once your done with Phillip you know your going to be taking care of Most of all the prices are unbelievable
