On 8/9/2017, John offered to inspect the wheels and tires to attempt to remedy the concern and the customer declined. Also, the customer rescinded his offer of $to purchase the wheels he wants. The only acceptable solution to the customer is payment of $plus an original set of wheels and tires. The dealer has made several attempts to satisfy the customer but he changes his needs for satisfaction. The dealer will continue to work with the customer to achieve an equitable solution
