To Whom it May Concern:Regarding: ID ***On February 4th *** *** * *** *** *** brought their truck in because their lift gatewould not go up with instructions to fix it because they were in need of using the truckOn the5th the customer called
and asked if their truck would be done that dayThey were told that wewere looking for a lift gate motor and if it could be found early enough in the day and locally itcould beThe customer was satisfied with that answerAfter we were able to get a motor therepair was finished up, the customer was informed, and an invoice was sent to the customerThecustomer called back and asked how many hours the labor was and the customer was told 5hoursOur labor rate is posted in our service areaThe customer said at this point that they hadattempted to replace the breaker themselves in an effort to repair the truckThey wereunsuccessful in repairing it which is why they brought it into usDuring the repair our tech foundthat the breaker needed to be addedThe breaker is $of a $repair billWe are sorrythe customer was not satisfied but the repair was done properly and in a timely manner
