I look for the service of this people back on Feb this year, they came to my home and fix the radiant floors, the bill was around $which I paid with no problem, few days later it broke down againthey came over and fix it againI did not use the system at all during the summerbut around July the tenants in my basement notice water leaking from the same parts *** I called them again they came over and they said that it was other part they quote me over the phone and I agreed on payingI trusted themThey came over my house and after the job was done they said that instead of $they needed to charge $at that point I was so mad I told them I will only was going to pay them for what they quoted meAnd they did not want to do itI did not pay them at allA few days later I called their manager at their store and explained the problem, but he said that he was going to look into itHe called me back and said that they made a mistake and I had to pay the full amountOn top of that they send me to collectionsthey are the worst business to deal withthey take advantage of people because we dont know or understand the plumbing systemMy house is a brand new house *** ***
