It was not bathing oil It was peppermint oil The warranty is common sense He called with the problem I scheduled and done the repair that was not warranty, due to the peppermint oil being spilled in the tub After the tenant cleaned the peppermint oil up she left the towel in the tubAn invoice to Mr [redacted] because it was not a warranty issue Mr [redacted] called me and I explained to him that he owed me for the last repair I also explained to him that the tenant knew she was responsible and had no problem paying the bill Apparently he hasn't discussed this with her She knows what happens to new paint Mr [redacted] was so upset on the phone that I said to hell with is, some people do anything to get out of paying for something He had already got me to reduce the regular fee $ I never due rust repair and tell a customer that is will last forever It is rust This is what I always tell ever customer: NO STICKY MATS; NO PETS; NO COOLERS (due to dirt on the bottom of them); COMMON SENSE WARRANTY IT IS NEW PAINT I did warranty this job Mr [redacted] is after something for nothing I have been in business for years and have never run across anyone like Mr***Thank you, Doug's Tubs/ [redacted] Office/home [redacted] Cell [redacted] Fax [redacted]
