Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they sold me not one but two lemonsI want out of the contractA settlement of some sort to end further business with this companyI couldn’t be any clearerI have receipts and can get all the copy’s of the times I had to take an [redacted] from workOr take [redacted] to and from work while each car was out of commissionWhy should I continue to keep or pay for a car I can barely drive? I simply find it unfair that this is like thisNot to mention the fact that I’m paying for a second car that someone that was sold to someone elseWhich is illegal mind you Regards,

I have read this letter times and I still don't understand what *** is talking about. I sold him a *** *** on or about 7-31-17. He brought it back a few times for not starting. It started every time for us. He still complained. I told him we could trade
him out of it. He like the *** ***. He trades the ***. He takes possession of the *** on or about 9-1-17. The vehicle included a *** Power Train Plus warranty for months/38,miles. Hello my name is Lawrence S*** and handled the transaction with *** ***She indeed was in on 8/1/and returned on 8/2/to purchase the *** ***I did not take a deposit from her initially because she was going to make a decision the following dayWhile she was deciding, the
vehicle never left the lot overnight (honestly I can take any car off my lot overnight if I chose to since I am the president of the business)*** *** came in the following day on 8/2/and did purchase the caralso want to add that more than once the vehicles hood was up during this whole transaction, including with *** her friend and local business ownerNeither of us saw any sand underneath.When she came in about this sand issue explained the following: 1) We do not clean the engines on our cars for fear of wetting engines compartment sensors, 2) That if she wanted it done why didn't she have it done earlier that day when she told me that she had the vehicle re-detailed, and 3) told her to ask Sam for the money to detail it because our contact had been finalized, lowed her nothing.In explaining the above answers to her questions I did become stern with her, I did not yell nor use profanity in these conversationsHowever, she used it continually throughout negotiating; including her last comment while walking out of the door, "Watch my *** mouth."In closing, I delivered the vehicle in safe and PA inspected conditionI have not talked to her about any issue concerning the supposedly sand fleas and fliesI have driven this vehicle personally before she purchased it and I did not see or have had any issues that she is complaining about.Thank you,Lawrence S
