Our A/C was not running correctly. The fan was not running correctly so we thought that we had a bad capacitor. We called Rich based on a recommendation from a friend of ours. Rich came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad fan motor and matched with a new capacitor), cleaned the unit, and added coolant. The total price was well below what I expected. He arrived when he said he would and the whole job took less than 2 hours.
Rich will be our HVAC guy for maintenance and repair going forward.
