Mr. [redacted], is NOT a ethical nor honest person, he has lied and misrepresented himself, he was political appointed to the SLO county Property Tax Appeals board to inflate property values to help his business and assist the county in raising property values, he is acting as an agent of SLO County getting paid by SLO county to inflate values to increase tax revenues. I would NOT trust nor believe anything he does he profits from his insider business dealing within the County assessors appeals board.
