I have attached the original loan document signed by the complainant, and a copy of his driver's license and check which were provided at the time of the loanPerson information such as social security number and driver's license number have been redacted from this document prior to uploading to this siteShould complainant wish to receive unredacted copies by mail, discuss an accounting of the amount owed, or discuss settlement of this account, he may contact our office at [redacted]

We have requested documentation of the debt from our clientSince they did not provide it in a timely manner, we are closing the complainant's accounts, and will be making no further collection efforts

We have not been notified by the company that any payment was madeWe will contact the company after the holiday and check on thatIf they verify that the account was paid, we will close itIf complainant prefers, she can provide proof of payment and we'll close the account immediately

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The third party debt collector has no contract nor written agreement from me on this FUARDULENT DEBTAt this time litigations are in place on the creditor of the fraudulent documentationIn the attachment below is a document that has a forge signature on a contract I never signed nor receive funds forPlease resolve the issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Our records indicate complainant spoke with our office, and agreed to make payment on August His account has been placed on hold until that timeWe always, and automatically, send a letter prior to depositing a "hold check" as required by lawThe law does not require that the letter be
sent by certified mail.If complainant is unable to satisfy his previous promise to pay by August 31, he should contact our office as soon as possible to make arrangementsWe have been attempting to collect this debt since March 2016, for medical services he received in That is far beyond a reasonable time to pay such a small bill

Per our records, the signed contract was emailed to complainant yesterdayI have also attached a copy of the contract to this responseAs we have provided the requested documentation, collection efforts will proceed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

Per the customer's request, we will cease attempting to contact her at workRegarding providing a "detailed outline of the debt" we are not able to do so through the Revdex.com, due to confidentiality lawsThe customer has already received letters indicating the source and amount of the debtHowever, we
will respond to that request in further detail directly to the complainantFor future reference on this matter, our internal account numbers for the complainant are *** and ***

We have
contacted the client, and they advised us that contrary to this complaint, the balance due on this account has not been paidWe have suspended collection calls for one weekDuring that time, if complainant will provide us with proof of payment, we will take the matter up with the business to whom she owes a debtOtherwise, we will proceed with our lawful and proper attempts to collect this debt

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/12/16) */
Complainant's debt was placed for collection on 5/27/Since that time, we have satisfied requests from complainant for validation of the debt by mailing him the requested validation on the following
dates:
8/6/
3/19/
3/27/
4/30/
6/6/
7/9/
8/4/
12/10/
In addition, we sent letters to the complainant pertaining to our collection efforts on the following dates:
5/27/
3/16/
4/28/
6/23/
We dispute every detail of every allegation by complainantThe law does not require that we respond to an endless stream of validation requests from the same person about the same debtWe have done so as a courtesy to complainant, and have gone far beyond what the law requires

We will mark the account as disputedPer the FDCPA, a disputed account remains on your credit report, but will be marked as disputed.Regarding the balance, as you are surely aware, interest continues to be charged on the account until it is paidYou have failed to pay this account for more than three years now, and as a result, a substantial amount of interest has accruedIf you disagree with the balance, you may call our office to discuss it, at ***You will need to provide our internal account number, ***We may have the ability to settle the account for less than the full amount dueYou are also certainly free to take this matter up with the original creditor, but we have already forwarded you the documents indicating the terms of your loanIf you pay them directly, they will notify us, and we will remove your account from collection if they request that we do soHowever, paying them directly will not remove the account from your credit report, as delinquencies remain there for a period of years determined by federal and state law.As we have provided you with the documents showing that you did indeed take out the loan, which you previously denied, and which provide detailed information on interest and fees associated with the loan, we believe we have satisfied your Revdex.com complaintPlease contact us at *** if you require further assistancePlease provide your account number, ***, when you call

I am rejecting this response because: my debt is not with this collection company. When my debt was sold to them the contract then became void. I know my rights and I know I don't legally have to settle this debt with this collection agency but with the original creditor!!!
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I have never taken a loan out in such a large amount. I do remeber the loan company in which you are referring to now that it has finally been explained. However I have never been approved or have accepted a loan of such value. So I will consider this a written dispute as it can be sent back to the original debtor and I will contact them on the amount being reported. Thank you
Sincerely,

Complainant received a loan from [redacted] Loans on September 8, 2011. We have requested the original loan documents from [redacted], and will upload them to this complaint when they are received. Is complainant able to retrieve them here, or do we need to also send them to her? If the latter, we...

need a valid email or mailing address.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/24) */
We have spoken with complainant on three occasions. On the first, on 9/2/2015, after our agent identified herself, he said the following:
"You need to hang 5 homeless [redacted] and shoot 4 rded children."
He then immediately hung up the...

phone. On the second occasion, on 1/18/2016, he called us, and after identifying himself, said the following:
"Do not call me anymore. I am not gonna to pay anything. Five [redacted] will be killed. Any further calls will result in more [redacted] being killed."
He then immediately hung up. On the final call, on 2/15/2016, the following brief exchange occurred:
Complainant: I called you and I warned you to stop harassing me 4 weeks ago. I have filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General. This is your second warning. If there are any more phone calls or correspondence from DCMA I will file another complaint."
Our agent: You have to send that in writing, Mr. [redacted].
Complainant: I'll just file the complaint.
We recognize and respect the right of any debtor to file a "cease and desist" request under the FDCPA. However, this request must be in writing. To the best of our knowledge, verbally threatening to commit racially motivated homicide does not constitute a valid cease and desist request under the FDCPA, and we therefore have continued collection activity.
We will be happy to provide the Revdex.com with recordings of these calls upon request.

We are a third party debt collector, and seek to collect an unpaid debt which complainant accured with [redacted] Loans. Specifically, the loan was obtained at the [redacted] Loans store in Bush River Village, on May 29, 2014. Complainant made payments on this debt, with the last payment having been...

made on August 18, 2014. She was employed by the SC Department of Mental Health at the time.[redacted] retains detailed information on each loan, including a copy of the borrower's driver's license, paycheck stub, and a signed loan agreement. I have requested this documentation from them, and will post it to this complaint as soon as it is received.
