the customer says and not the contractor. If a customer dose not like your response to the problem they simply say you never called them back. There is no body to protect Good contractors and there is no forum for the hundreds of super satisfied people. 90 percent of our business is referral. TO answer this problem I went to customers house and knocked on door after searching the entire driveway and not finding any damage. The customer came out and moved his trash cans and in a little corner there is a chip or small crack from 0 to 2 inches 3 inches long.On the left and right side of garage door the stone sticks out 3 inches from garage opening. The front of the brick or stone is smooth and the garage floor is smooth but the 3 inch return from stone to garage floor is not . To make a water tight seal concrete was troweled to rough stone. Exspansion joint could not be used because it would not lay flat against rough stone. AS a result concrete stuck so tight to stone that it that it chipped. I offered to caulk area with very high quality concrete adhesive caulk. Customer called back a few days latter and said wait till future call. That was around 9/27/15.

I am the owner of Douglas concrete and I did talk to mr [redacted] and I did go and look at there driveway and I did call him back. There is a spot right infront of there mailbox right out by the street that is about two feet around right where...

you open mail box. You can tell that there where very large amounts of deicer or rocksalt dumped there so the could get to there mail box. there was never any mention of cracks. When I looked at driveway you could not see any cracks only this real bad area at mailbox at stree . Howdo you would respond to someone who destroys there own driveway and exspects me to fix it.I wouldlike for anyone to go look at that driveway and tell me different. That driveway was poured two years ago and to this day it is a very nice driveway all but one sot by mailbox. When people are combative I have a hard time with that because I am not. mrs [redacted] would text me with bad messages for a month after I talked to [redacted] mr [redacted]. If I did not go over there how would I know the damage. This is a doublewide large driveway that looks verey nice but that one spot.I would be glad to meet any one there to look at it. The rest of the concrete on that same slab looks great all but that one spot. If it was bad concrete like she said the whole secound half would be falling apart. Thank you for your time.
