Douglas furniture would like to fix her sectional wedge, she lives a long way from the store and will need to bring it in.  Douglas furniture will take care of the repair at no charge to her and she can pick it up after its complete thanks Matt Douglas Furniture

Douglas furniture stands behind it statement that we would like to repair, if you need to have it picked up for repair, Douglas Furniture could do that and would only charge you $79 per trip, which is less than our cost.  Hope this helps, thanks. Douglas Furniture

I am rejecting this...

response because:
I have no way to get the piece to the store.  Since it is a defective product I feel they need to come out and fix it or pick it up an return it.  The item was defective from the start.  They should be responsible for the items they sell.
