Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge

The only place to buy a vehicle! My son (who is in the Army) was looking at a used truck in November We were told that the truck had been thoroughly inspected and that Douglas Jeep even offered a month, 2,mile local warranty if any issues were to arise We explained that my son would be leaving the next day for GA and asked what would happen if he had a problem within the months because obviously he wouldn't be able to just drop it off from GA The salesman assured us that if there were any issues, they would stand behind it wherever my son was Long story short, within the months my son's truck exhibited a transmission problem I called Douglas Jeep and spoke with Greg *** He assured me that whatever the issue was, he would make it right He had my son take his truck to the local Ford dealer in GA, and after they diagnosed the problem and sent Greg an estimate, Greg authorized and paid for a repair of over $2, I don't know of ANY other business that would do that My son and I am forever in their debt and will never buy from anyone else Greg and his staff at Douglas Jeep took a situation that could have been a horrible experience for my son's first truck purchase and turned it into amazing customer service experience that neither my son or I will ever forget We can all learn a lot from them about service and compassion!
