I did speak to Mrs. [redacted] the afternoon of November 16th and we did agree that they would reimburse me half of the $25.00 fee that I paid. Mrs. [redacted] indicated on her response to you that she mailed a check to me on November 16th. As of today, November 25th, I have yet to receive the check. I'm not sure if this is an oversight on her part (I'm hoping this is the case) or if it is a continuation, like my previous experiences with this practice, where they tell me that they mailed something to me, but never did. I don't understand how hard it is to follow through with something that you say you are going to do. If I don't receive the check that we agreed on by December 4th, then I will only accept a check in the full amount of $25.00 for me to agree that this complaint has been satisfied.I think six months of dealing with this dentist office has been enough and I'm tired of getting the run around from them.

A check for $12.50 was sent that day to the above address. The check has not cleared my bank but it also has not been returned to me. I have done my part in settling this issue. I am starting to question her intentions.

I received the check in the mail yesterday, December 3rd. It is post marked November 16th, so I'm very happy that someone in the office finally did what they said they would. Since I received the check in the amount that we agreed upon, I am satisfied with the resolution of this complaint.
