Just wanted to respond to this complaint Mrs*** was sent an invoice with a typo on it which resulted in the wrong price being posted Mr*** talked with Mrs*** and assured her that it was an incorrect amount and a new invoice was sent out with the correct agreed upon
amountWe've done business with this customer for many years and didn't mean to cause her undue stress, but we are human and mistakes are sometimes made A simple phone call was able to clear up the confusion I hope this reply is able to resolve this complaintThanks, Michelle *** Office Manager
