 Yes, they did recently return it on 3/38 /17 and yes I did go on vacation for one week (3/12-3/17). I been asking and calling since February for my vacuum back. I think it was poor customer service and not a way for a company to do business. I would still like to inform others about this company and their poor customer service

Douglas Marketing has received the complaint by the Revdex.com about [redacted]. There are no records of [redacted] callin about wanting to cancel her contract. their contract by the cancellation date on the contract which is 3 business day. Douglas Marketing has no documents from [redacted] about canceling nor do we have record of any phone calls inquiring about cancelling. [redacted] is past her cancellation date and cannot cancel the contract or return the machine for a refund. I have provided a copy of the contact (on 2 different pages because the whole contract would not fit all on 1 page) which is signed by [redacted] which also states that [redacted] understands the cancellation process
