Review: I purchased a car with a feature that is standard on the model. The [redacted] dealer and [redacted] Coroporation know the feature hasn't worked in the Unites States and they don't know when it will work. The salesman showed me and told me what the feature was and what I needed to do to get it to work. It was only after the sale that I realized there was an issue through a google search. When I question my salesman about it he said not to worry and that most people don't use it anyway.

I asked to have the sale canceled and to have my trade in vehicle returned but they refused.Desired Settlement: To return the car and to get my trade in car/or equivalent back.

Buyers order, showing sale date of August 4th not August 12 (as it was noted on the Revdex.com letter to us) as well as trade-in information, and as you can see he traded in a 2014 [redacted] with 9416 miles which tells me he had a chip on his shoulder before coming to our store.
