Mr [redacted] asked for this size of Stihl chain We gave him the correct chain to fit his saw The price is Stihl's MSRP at $24.70, plus tax for total of $ That is how we sell their chainsaw chain MSRP.The other dealer mentioned can certainly sell at whatever price they chose--(I believe Mr [redacted] told us that they gave him price on the phone at $not $15.00-- actually) but that is how we have always priced saw chain He asked for the chain, we sold him the correct chain at Stihl's MSRP--he paid for the chain, then later changed his mind.There would be no reason for us to refund when he was sold what he had asked for.However, since it appears that Mr [redacted] may have a financial need for this small amount of money, we shall break our standard policy and thus forward a check to him at the address listed in this complaint Then he will not have to spend more money for gas in order to come here to get his refund.Thank you, [redacted]
