I reached out to a worker by the name [redacted] over and over again for months about my refund and it was agreed that I should be issued a refundTime went by and still no refund so I emailed the company back and at this time I was in touch with [redacted] who also agreed I was entitled to a refund but claim they can only issue credit to accountsI haven't been with this company in over a year and when I still had an active account they didn't agree to issue me a credit until February of this year and still haven't received my refund yet
