As I had already stated previously, I noticed the squealing sound the day I purchased the vehicleThey said they would take care of the issue before I came back to pick it upAfter noticing that they had not taken care of the problem, I went back to them within the first days to resolve the issue and they denied hearing the soundDespite friends, families and neighbors of mine could hear the sound besides myselfSurprise surprise, they were able to hear and determine the sound after the lemon law was over withI had mention this to them many times during the first days and they kept denying fixing it when I persistedTheir only response was to take it back when the sound gets worse and they will be happy to take care of it, free of charge
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
